I regained my serenity by practicing yoga

I was so anxious before doing yoga! I do not really know how yoga has changed that in me, but I feel the difference. Yoga gave me confidence. I no longer feel like having to change to be accepted by others. I learned to accept myself as I am. I tell myself that I am part of a whole, something that is beyond me, and I try to remain authentic to myself and others. I am much more relaxed than before.
